Jag har hört så mycket positivt om den här trilogin, så jag tänkte att jag skulle ge den första boken en chans. Den var okej, tycker jag, sen är sci-fi inte min vanliga genre att läsa heller. Man får följa med i jakten efter andra metallkroppsdelar och vad som händer längs vägen. Jag tycker att den var lite svår att hänga med i stundtals när jag lyssnade på ljudboken, vilket kan ha påverkat mitt intryck lite grann. Slutet var dock väldigt överraskande i epilogen, så jag är ändå lite nyfiken på att fortsätta med nästa bok för att få veta vad som händer. Det var trots allt slutet som räddade den här boken lite för mig, då jag flera gånger höll på att ge upp, men fick höra att slutet skulle vara värt att läsa vidare för. Gillar man sci-fi så kan jag tänka mig att man uppskattar den här boken mer än vad jag gjorde.
