Boken ger en den extra pushen som kan behövas för att våga (och vilja!) acceptera sin kropp oavsett vilket storlek,form och tillstånd den är i. Kroppspositivism handlar inte enbart att börja acceptera sin egen kropp utan också att alla människors värde, oavsett funktionshinder och utseende. Fantastiskt peppande bok men hade med fördel kunnat kortats ner eftersom det i mellan åt blir lite repetitivt.
