Först och främst - illustrationerna i den här boken är så jäkla gulliga! Passar perfekt till just Astrid!

Astrid älskade böcker och berättelser som barn och som ung vuxen gjorde hon det som föll henne in. Hon bröt normen för hur en kvinna skulle se ut och bete sig, och se, det gick ju alldeles utmärkt det. Efter att Pippi Långstrump blev uppfunnen vid dotterns sängkant på kvällarna och berättelserna sedan blev nedskrivna som en present släpptes de även till resten av världen. Astrid arbetade som skribent, redaktör och författare och är även nu efter sin död en förebild för massvis av människor.

Boken är ett fint porträtt av en fantastisk författare och visar att fantasi och drömmar har inga begränsningar.
