Sambo på försök utspelar sig i London där man får betala hutlösa summor för ens ett litet kyffe. Tiffy är dock desperat och behöver ett billigt boende omedelbart. Leon jobbar nätter och är i stort behov pengar. Via en annons får de två främlingarna kontakt. Leon innehar lägenheten dagtid medan Tiffy jobbar, och på kvällar, nätter och helger är den hennes. Trots att de aldrig träffats kommer Tiffy och Leon allt närmare varandra. Boken är sympatisk och ren skär avkoppling. Ibland tycker jag att vissa av karaktärerna blir både stereotypa och lite för bra för att vara sanna, men det kanske är som det ska vara i en feelgoodroman?
Beth O’Leary lyckas bra med ”Sambo på försök”. En varm, härlig, rolig och mysig feel good historia om relationer, vänskap och kärlek. Kan man ens bli kär i någon som man inte har träffat?
Den här boken är precis så mysig som all hype säger att den ska vara. Tiffy och Leon delar lägenhet och har aldrig träffats, men de börjar kommunicera via postitlappar och lär på så vis känna varandra ändå. Som den typiska feelgoodbok det här är så utvecklas med tiden även en romans. Mysig sommarläsning!
Tiffy är i desperat behov av ett billigt boende, Leon jobbar natt och är i behov av pengar. Ingen tror att det kommer fungera men det är den perfekta lösningen: Leon bor i lägenheten när Tiffy jobbar dagtid, resterande tid är lägenheten hennes.
Jag tyckte SÅ mycket om den här boken! Skrattade högt flera gånger. Charmig och rolig men tar samtidigt upp tyngre ämnen än man tänker av en feelgood.
